By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account, or purchasing an Aldomere Rewards Membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Product Descriptions
All products sold through this website are digital files delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, pricing, images, previews, and descriptions accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other website content will be error-free, complete, or current at all times.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, refuse orders, or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or incorrect product information.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise displayed. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Every product purchase on this website is a one-time payment for the amount shown at checkout. The only recurring charge is the Aldomere Rewards Membership, which must be separately and expressly selected by the customer (see Section 5).
4. Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, digital products are delivered via download link sent by email and/or through your customer account, usually within minutes.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout. If you do not receive your files, contact us at help@aldomere.com and we will restore your access at no charge.
5. Aldomere Rewards Membership and Recurring Billing
The Aldomere Rewards Membership is a recurring membership billed at $29.99 USD every month. Your first payment of $29.99 USD is charged at checkout when you place your order.
By purchasing the Aldomere Rewards Membership, you authorize Aldomere to charge your payment method for the recurring amount shown at checkout until you cancel.
You will receive an electronic notification prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
6. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your Aldomere Rewards Membership at any time by emailing help@aldomere.com or using the cancellation form on this website. No phone call is required. Cancellation requests should be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a future recurring charge. Full terms are in our Subscription Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned. Refund eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions are described in our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldomere and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, membership, or services.
9. Order Refusal and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, abuse of promotions, violation of these Terms, or other operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
